The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has taken a "Green Initiative in Corporate Governance" (Circular No. 17/2011 dated 21.04.2011 and Circular No. 18/2011 dated 29.04.2011) allowing paperless compliances by Companies through electronic mode.

Companies are now permitted to send various notices /documents to its shareholders through electronic mode to the registered e-mail addresses of shareholders.

 

Email Communications to Shareholders has following advantages :

 

 

      Receipt of all communications without any delay/loss during transit.

      Environment friendly.

     These documents can be easily stored in soft copy eliminating the requirement of storage of bulky documents for future reference.

 

Please note that Shareholders holding their shares in demat mode, will receive all their communications from the Company in the email-id registered with their DPs. Shareholders holding shares both in physical and demat mode who have not registered their email-id can register here for receiving Annul Reports & other Documents through Email.
